New Residence Hall – University of Oregon

When the University of Oregon decided to depart from the traditional approach to Design and Construction of a new residence hall, they hired Spectrum as the Development Manager to ensure the achievement of the targeted project cost along with the achievement of an aggressive schedule.

Rather than taking the approach of building a 100 year structure, the University of Oregon norm, this project will generate a market driven quality approach to the Design and Construction of a Residence Hall. The project will consist of 500 beds within approximately 145,000 gross square feet. The hall will include Resident Assistant Rooms, two professional staff apartments, a Resident Faculty Apartment, and an academic program space in the form of a flexible learning commons.
