Reverb is the more residential focused of the properties in the Yesler Terrace redevelopment.
The 75,000 SF project has 85 units with a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, and townhome loft units, as well as a 13-stall, subgrade parking garage. At Reverb, 20% of the units are affordable with the rents at 65%, 75%, and 85% of Area Median Income for studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms respectively. Reverb has unique townhome loft units with exterior access from 11th Avenue. The project achieved LEED Gold certification. The brand identity of Reverb builds on the music themed industrial design aesthetic created for Anthem and Decibel.
