Reverb is the more residential-focused of the 12th Avenue portfolio.

The 75,000 square foot project has 85 units with a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, and townhome loft units, as well as a 13-stall, subgrade parking garage. At Reverb, 20 percent of the units are affordable with the rents at 65, 75 and 85 percent of Area Median Income for studios, one bedroom, and two bedrooms respectively. Reverb has unique townhome loft units with exterior access from 11th Avenue. The project achieved LEED Gold certification. The brand identity of Reverb builds on the music-themed industrial design aesthetic created for Anthem and Decibel.
