Mishelle Oun

Development Manager

As a Development Manager, Mishelle brings a varied range of expertise to Spectrum Development Solutions. Prior to joining Spectrum, Mishelle guided nonprofit clients through the complex real estate process in Los Angeles and New York City. She most recently served as a Senior Project Manager at Pacific Charter School Development where she developed high quality K-12 school facilities for under resourced communities. Prior to that, she managed capital projects for community healthcare providers, social service agencies, and arts and cultural organizations as a Project Manager with Denham Wolf Real Estate Services. Her experience with post-disaster rebuilding in post-Katrina New Orleans shaped her drive to deliver better built environments for underserved communities, a mission she has carried throughout her career and that will continue with her work at Spectrum Development Solutions.
