Dave Hilgers

David brings a diverse background to Spectrum Development Solutions in both design and construction that includes over 20 years of experience in development and project management. Dave began his career as a landscape architect and transitioned to construction to become a project manager and pursue his passion for development. Throughout Dave’s career, he has managed a diverse portfolio from restaurants to commercial projects overseeing all elements of the design and delivery process. His strategic ability to keep projects moving forward, on time and on budget, have afforded him successful project delivery for notable clients including Microsoft, Seattle Children’s Hospital and Northwest Kidney Centers.
