With more than 20 years of experience in real estate financial management and advisory service, Nicole is responsible for the financial performance of Spectrum Development Solution’s projects. Her day-to-day activities include financial reporting, overseeing acquisitions, development, asset management, and dispositions. Nicole’s expertise includes mixed-finance tools ranging from HUD loans to Historic, New Market, and Low Income Housing Tax credits. She focuses on customizing financial solutions that suit each project while obtaining a strong investor return. She is committed to Spectrum’s mission to create communities available to residents at various income levels and finds the complex financing and ownership structures an exciting challenge.
