Cascade Retina

Cascade Retina is an ophthalmology clinic featuring four exam rooms, three procedure rooms, one imaging room, and associated support spaces including a reception and waiting area, office, breakroom, additional offices, and restrooms. Materials were carefully selected to reflect the desired brand and personality of the clinic owner.

Spectrum provided comprehensive Owner’s Representative services, assisting Cascade Retina in identifying the ideal location, negotiating a favorable lease, assembling the design and construction team, and overseeing successful project execution—despite a tight budget and schedule.
