Jaime brings over 20 years of commercial construction experience to Spectrum Development Solutions. She began her career working for local general contractors before transitioning to an Owner’s Representative role and then into development. With a background in account management, Jaime excels at guiding clients through the construction process, from programming and design to construction and occupancy. She is currently managing the development of the Shoreline Community College Cedar Building, the Shoreline Community College Bracken Building, and various projects for Seattle Children’s Hospital. Jaime is passionate about giving back to the community, a commitment she actively pursues through various personal endeavors.
