Kaitlin Boyce

Kaitlin is involved in all facets of development with a focus on entitlement, feasibility, financial analysis, design, and the overall management of the development process from site acquisition through completion. She directs the project team, coordinates with lenders and city officials, reports to investors, and works closely with the construction team as the owner’s representative. Kaitlin is currently managing the development of Orenda at Othello Square and Ballard Food Bank.
