The Belroy Apartments

703 Bellevue Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98102

Capitol Hill’s historic Belroy is considered one of Seattle’s finest examples of art deco architecture. Lovingly restored and seamlessly integrated with modern new buildings, the Belroy Apartments boast expansive views, lush courtyard gardens, and an array of flexible floorplans.

Spectrum is leading a full rehabilitation of the building’s original west and south wing, which includes 52 apartment homes.

The renovation honors the building’s historic character while reimagining every space for contemporary living. The project involves complete replacement of all major systems — including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety. Each apartment is being fully rebuilt with new framing, insulation, drywall, and finishes. Kitchens and bathrooms are being completely redesigned with high-quality materials, modern cabinetry, and upgraded fixtures. The work preserves the Belroy’s historic charm while delivering upgraded, energy-efficient, and contemporary interiors that meet today’s living standards.
