Meridian Center for Health

Spectrum led the feasibility, financing, design team selection and management, entitlement, construction management, and transition to occupancy support.

Located at North 105th and Meridian Avenue North, the center offers low-income families health services ranging from primary medical and dental care to specialty mental health and recovery services. The facility serves as an extension of Neighborcare Health’s Greenwood Medical Clinic and Public Health’s North Center, while also doubling access for new patients. The building also includes community meeting space before and after clinic business hours.
