The Port Angeles Clinic is a part of Northwest Kidney Center’s mission to make dialysis treatments more accessible throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Spectrum led the creation of Northwest Kidney Center’s design-build structure to increase efficiency in the design and construction planning process, with stronger cost control measures than the typical design-bid-build structure. Employing a design-build approach has enabled Northwest Kidney Centers to draw on the successes of previous projects for development of future clinics.
The Port Angeles clinic replaced an existing facility, providing patients a more comfortable experience with an emphasis on biophilic design – connecting patients to nature in a calming environment.
