Spectrum served as the Development Manager for Northwest Kidney Centers’ new Rainier Beach Clinic.
Spectrum led the due diligence, site acquisition, design team selection and management, entitlement, construction management, and owner occupancy support for the new Rainier Beach facility.
The award-winning building was the first of the Northwest Kidney Center clinics to incorporate an indoor biophilic courtyard, offering restorative properties and a calming environment for patients in the underserved community.
